1. Transaction Terms
The payment window for QRIS and Virtual Accounts is a maximum of 60 minutes. Orders not paid within that window will be automatically cancelled by the system.
2. Refund Policy
We provide a 100% refund if a product experiences an issue on the service provider's side. However, there is no refund if the error originates from the buyer, such as entering the wrong User ID or account link.
3. Account Warranty Terms
Streaming app products (Netflix, Spotify, and similar) come with profile/account replacement warranty during the 30-day active period. Game accounts purchased through our system are protected by an anti-hackback warranty.
4. User Responsibilities
Users must provide correct and accurate data. Users are prohibited from using the service for illegal activities or violating third-party terms.
5. Changes to Terms
