How to Track Order Status, View Account Credentials & Recover Lost Invoices
Guide to tracking orders in real-time via WhatsApp Number or Invoice Code, unlocking encrypted credentials, and recovering orders with mistyped phone numbers.

Step 1
Open the Track Order Page
Click 'Track Order' in the top navigation bar (`/en/track`) or open 'My Account -> My Orders' (`/en/account/orders`) if you ordered while signed in.

Search by WhatsApp Number or Invoice Code
• WhatsApp Number Tab: Enter the WhatsApp number used at checkout (e.g. `081234567890`) to list all associated orders.
• Invoice Number Tab: Enter your specific invoice code (e.g. `W24J-20261028-A1B2C3D4`) to jump directly to that transaction.

Step 3
View Account Credentials or Serial Number (SN)
Click 'View Invoice & Details'. For completed Premium App or Game Account orders, locate the 'Your Account Credentials' box. Click 'Show password' or the copy buttons to retrieve your Email, Password, Profile Slot, and login instructions.
